Rules
  • Setup

    • Players choose a character and start in their  corner of  the biome.

      • Numa-Trashamis (raccoon, forest)

      • Ribbathiorus the 3rd (frog, swamp)

      • Illusifur (goat, mountains)

      • Slippy (penguin, ocean)

    • Each player recieves a recipe book.

    • All types of cards should be face down in separate piles  on their respective areas of the board.

  • Reputation Points

    • The first player to gain 50 reputation points wins.

    • Reputation points cannot go into the negative.

  • Trade

    • Players can trade with each other whenever they like.

    • How this goes is up to you. Do your best to  negotiate a good  deal, or scam your friends.

  • How to Play

    • Players roll a dice to move.

      • At a split path, they can choose the direction they  would like to go.

    • Players can move in any direction, but can only move in  one  direction per turn.

    • There are resource spots in each biome. When a player  passes one of these spots, they draw a card from the  designated pile. If  they land on the space, draw two from  the resource pile.

    • Instead of rolling a dice to move, players can opt to draw a  customer card.

      • If the player can fulfil the request on the customer  card, they gain the reputation points stated on the  card.

      • If the player cannot fulfill the request, the card goes  to the player to the right and they have the chance to  fulfill the  request. If the next player also can't  fulfil the request, they lose reputation points and pass  the card to the right. This  process repeats.

        • If no one can fulfill the request, the customer  card goes in the waiting pile and any player can  choose to fulfill the  request at anytime.

    • Once a resource card is used to make a potion, discard it  by  putting it at the bottom of the pile it came from.

  • Biome Advantages

    • Each character has an advantage in their own  biome,  these can be found on the respective  character cards.

    • Numa-Trashamis

      • In the forest, she gains +1 resource card  every  time she collects resources.

    • Ribbanthiorus the 3rd

      • In the swamp, he can jump across spaces in the  designated areas.

    • Illusifur

      • They're immune to unstable cliffs in the  mountains.

    • Slippy

      • In the ocean, he gains +2 to every roll.

  • Trap Cards

    • In each pile of biome specific resources, there are trap  cards. If you pull one of these cards, you gain no  resources from that space.

      • Forest- trip over roots

      • Swamp- stuck in mud

      • Mountains- unstable cliffs

      • Ocean- tangled in kelp

    • The only exception is the goat character, who is immune  to the mountain traps.

      • If the goat draws a trap card in the mountains, simply discard it and draw the next card.

  • Potion Advantages

    • Each character has an advantage to one of the medium  difficulty potions. This can also be found on the respective  character cards.

    • Fertilizer Potion

      • Numa-Trashamis can replace 2 houseleek with 1  angelberry or 1 dryad bark.
